Pazzo (crazy in Italian) marries the best features of several varietals to create a unique and sophisticated blend. This vintage features Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Dolcetto and Petite Verdot. With great care and expertise, we combine these selected lots to create an unconventional but delectable wine. 

Our 2022 blend features abundant juicy fruit flavors, paired with an opulent and fresh aromas. Upon first tasting the wine you are rewarded with loads of rich red and black fruits with a full bodied but not overpowering mouthfeel. Mild in tannins and with moderate acidity, this wine will pair nicely with a wide variety of food and is enjoyable now and over the next 5-7 years.

Spicy red and black fruits, savory herbs, leather, and spicy oak notes all emerge from the 2022 Pazzo, a charming, medium-bodied, round, plump red based largely on Sangiovese. It's balanced, has ripe yet present tannins, and outstanding length.
