Lytton Annapolis Vineyard is located in the northwest of Sonoma County. It is part of the West Sonoma Coast AVA that was approved in 2022. The high elevation of this planting escapes the fog line and allows ripeness to build. The cool coastal winds that the area experiences throughout the year allow the fruit very long hangtimes. These climatic factors foster greater complexity in the resulting wines.

Aromatic notes of rose petals, cola and cherry, give way to a rich mouthfeel and flavors of rich Bing and dark black cherry, with notes of tea and spice on the palate. We feel 3-5 years of cellaring will bring out the best this wine has to offer.

Bright reduced cherry, orange peel and black tea aromas drive the nose of this captivating Pinot. The palate is fresh and intense, with vibrant raspberry-lemon acidity darting back and forth across the length of the finish along with whispers of baking spice, fried shiitake mushroom and cocoa. - Tom R.
